This project redefines its urban contextual setting. At street level the project engages retail along Eight Street, at the back street along 7th street the project transitions into row-homes and creating an urban transition and respecting the single family lots opposite the street. The multifamily project engages the street through live-work units. Flats and Town Homes address the southern California lifestyle by having spacious decks and roof top decks. The 2-level parking is placed in the middle of the project and is screened by the residential and retail.
