Concept ideas for a unique resort in the little fisherman village of San Felipe at the start of the Sea of Cortez. To create a vibrant resort where retail and hospitality accommodations are adjoined to create a festive ambiance during the day and nighttime.

The concept focused on the extension of a Fisherman’s village with its plazas, water front promenade with docks and interior mix-use courtyards.
