Barrio Logan

The project is a mixed-use with retail at the ground floor and residential apartment units atop. The residential unit mix are two bedroom flats with 3 bedroom town-homes at the upper floors. The roof top is to be used as a roof garden with a community room. The project will maximize the potential build out that allows 1 unit for every parked vehicle within the project. The project design direction will capture the essence of Mexican architecture.
