Casa Norte

Casa Norte is a 3-story luxury residential addition to the historically registered Casa Madre building on the Casa de Manana campus in La Jolla, California. Constructed above a 62-space underground parking garage, the 41-unit Casa Norte building replaces a wing of Casa Madre and several other multi-story residential buildings. Incorporating signature architectural elements from the demolished areas, the new Casa Norte building was designed to fit seamlessly into the surrounding historically significant context.
