Casa West

A retired navy captain and his wife noticed that their new stove did not fit into the existing kitchen cabinets. This simple mishap let to a total interior remodel. The retired couple live on the East Coast and wished to re-create this house into their Casa West. The design direction was the openness of the California style of living (light and simple clean lines); including a simple request to include subway glass tile, this became the inspiration.
