Chula Vista Center
Renovation of two of the original 1962 retail shops (Building ‘A’ and ’B’), located between anchors Macy’s and JC Penney’s, later partially remodeled in 1994. This “NEW” remodel consisted on the new architectural character of the mall, its relationship to the street and internal reconfigurations of the retail shops.
The result will be a choreography of experiences for its patrons that is reflective of the communities’ cultural heritage.
Scope:
Modify existing structure and facade to accommodate optimal tenant mix, sizes, and flexibility.
Site Area:
Building ‘A’ +/- 410’x120’=49,200 sq. ft.; Building ‘B’ +/- 250’x200’=50,000 sq. ft.
