New backstop with wood base. Provide access from dugout to field thru new backstop for home field dugout. Provide protective covers for dugout and fences located near out of play adjacent to dugouts. Provide Accessible Path of travel to: dugouts, field, and bleachers. Provide sunshade screens at new backstop and dugouts (with team logo, potential sponsors, field name).
