Provide new backstop similar to baseball with a height of 20 feet, with capacity for donor and team banners. Provide new modular building ‘A’ with: team room (capacity for 25 changing stations, white board, projector screen); snack bar inside with serving window to exterior and coach’s office. Provide new Public Announcement equipment for existing system. Provide new ADA (American with Disabilities Act) path of travel: the existing softball field, dugouts, practice batting cages, spectator bleachers. Provide new Bull‐pen Areas adjacent to the dugouts for home and visitor teams. Provide sunshade screens at new backstop and dugouts (with team logo, potential sponsors, field name).
