Downtown Orange Cove
Through an intense series of surveys, community outreach and community design workshops the Community identified the following priorities: pedestrian safety, connectivity, transit service, streetscape and community identity, which lead to the creation of action steps for the City of Orange Cove; a comprehensive program approach and avoiding a piecemeal approach to design and planning to achieve sustainable economic improvements.
