Hillside Complex

As land becomes scarce for this re-development project, the convenience of parking and community amenities within a centralized area are essential for the success of the project. The proposed project encompasses three distinct functions which through innovative planning and strategy become a community asset. The building is a level structure with the first three floor being designated for community parking, a partial floor for residential parking and the top level for a community recreation center with a multiuse center and sports courts (basketball, volleyball, tennis and multi-sports (indoor soccer and roller blade hockey).
