Architectural services including the design, construction documents, and construction support for approximately 50 Hollywood Video retail buildings and tenant improvements throughout Southern California. Services also included initial site analysis and feasibility studies, obtaining local agency entitlement approvals. Creation of store design standards and specifications for architectural, mechanical and electrical project prototypes for ground ups and tenant improvements.
