Las Terrazas is located in the heart of National City between National City Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue. With its contemporary urban architecture that reflects the spirit and heritage of National City, Las Terrazas will offer 210 units that includes Live/work units, flats, studios, 1-3 bedroom units and 2-3 bedroom town homes. This project also provides for 40 live work units that could be easily be transformed to office space, hence providing a true mix use project. Fronting National City Boulevard, retail space will activate the street.
