Lincoln Park Paseo

This project is located at a key intersection of Euclid and Imperial Avenue. The topography places this intersection at the crest of the southeastern community. This project is composed of three parts. 1), the Public realm (the street), 2) mix-use core redevelopment (civic and retail nodes), 3) transitional edges (integration to existing urban conditions). Community Vision: Create a community that one can walk, in a pedestrian-friendly environment to shops, restaurants, recreational uses and key community services, “Connect” or unify the segments along Imperial Avenue, Enhance the business / commercial / residential environment, Capture the Cultural Diversity of the Area.
