Main Street Ventura

A revitalization infill project for the City Redevelopment Agency of Ventura, California. A retail entertainment project anchored by a 10-screen, 35,000 square foot movie theater with 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. The project recreates the downtown urban experience through a series of continuous forms and structures that emulate Ventura’s architectural downtown character.
