Palisades Gardens

This project is an apartment conversion into a for sale product. The project will create a new architectural image within the community with a facade and interior remodel. The residential units will only have minor adjustments with regards to new configurations. The retail ground floor will have greater visibility with expanded window area and storefront articulation extending toward the street. The mix-use project consists of 32 residential flats units with retail ground floor, parking is provided along the back through the alley and Utah Street.
