San Marcos Hills
A coherent community districts with high density within its confines, which still provides an openness between the districts are the inherent characteristics of the project. There are no detached residential units proposed. The community districts increase in density and mass from the periphery to the center; a “crescendo” design strategy. At the hearth of the districts community parks are link via alleys and pedestrian pathways that circumvent the project. The clubhouse sits at the perch overlooking the lake and providing: spa, entertainment facilities, tennis courts and swimming pool. A small mix-use (retail-housing) component is placed near the access to provide basic needs and services and a community gathering plaza. The project provides 1,200 residential units, which 700 are row homes and 500 are multifamily.
