An existing National Sign fabricator with multiple structures located on site, consolidated and expanded manufacturing (Spray, Welding, Lighting), printing, Neon Department, design department and support offices.

• New 2-story addition to an existing warehouse; 1st floor to have light manufacturing for sign fabrication; 2nd floor to have offices; with partial demolition of site and of west side of existing warehouse to accommodate connection with new addition.

• Remodel of existing mezzanine and offices below mezzanine.

• Increase in parking; with partial site demolition of existing site wall, landscape and parking area.

• New American Disabilities Act path of travel to public right of way.
