South Bay Country Club

This new facility will provide a resort experience within an established residential neighborhood. Its design embraces a variety of outdoor spaces which range from a great formal lawn, an intensely lush native landscape area, a busy recreational pool, cafe terraces, and a quiet meditative lap pool area. The building is a blend of both the traditional resort, and a contemporary outlook towards spatial quality and formal dynamics.

The massing scheme is made up of several curving and rectilinear forms united by a series of broad and sweeping promenade.
