Sweetwater Square

A long neglected neighborhood shopping center is to be transformed into a mix-use project that takes architectural inspiration from the local tradition of Victorian houses. The project creates a row-home district facing 30th street, thus creating a transitional element to the neighboring single family residences to the north. An existing 10,000 SF retail shops buildings will be remodeled and integrated into the new community.
