Tecate Plaza

The rich agricultural and ranching heritage is celebrated throughout the retail project:

• The planning of the parking lot is layout out to reflect the agricultural fields (grid);

• The landscape captures the lush grasses and plays homage to the natural vegetation;

• The architecture embraces the rich ranching heritage by emulating traditional iconographic agricultural structures (the barn) and interplays the forms with distinctive and regional materials (rock, stucco and metal).
