The Onyx

An infill project which encompasses a true mix-use project. A cohabitation of retail at the ground level with street exposure, residential flats and townhomes at the second and third levels and office space at the fourth and mezzanine levels. A series of decks, balconies and roof top amenities embrace this project which celebrate the climate and interrelationship of outdoors and indoors at an urban scale. The project marries the uses with a contemporary typology which expresses the desires of the community to look beyond its existing architectural vocabulary.
