Vista Palms

The site is located at the Broadway commercial corridor of the City and will also serve as a visual landmark. The project emulates the urban contextual characteristics and local heritage through the incorporation of materials, textures and colors. The architectural expression is derived from the Googie architecture of the existing 1960's original Car Wash on site. The project sits on the East property line and serves as a buffer for the existing car wash. The separation of the buildings allow for view corridors and efficient vehicular circulation.
